As you walk through the front door, you’ll appreciate the utility room with a tiled floor and washer/dryer. Perfect for sorting out your damp, sandy towels after a glorious day at the beach.
A fully fitted luxury shaker style kitchen is provided with fully integrated appliances including a dish-washer, fridge & freezer. A feature stainless steel extractor hood and splash back over the gas hob and oven complete the picture. A micro-wave is also provided.

There is a spacious lounge/diner with French doors opening onto an outside dining area which is ideal to enjoy those “Sea Breezes.” The lounge/diner benefits from a dining table & chairs seating four. A high-chair is available on request. There is also a colour television with access to digital viewing channels which is connected to a VCR and a DVD player. We supply a small library of books, games & films. |

There are two double bedrooms. A master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double room with twin beds. One of the beds can be substituted with a cot if required. A travel cot is also available on request. Each bedroom is furnished with a colour television. The family bathroom has a Jacuzzi style bath! |

New guests are provided with fresh bed linen and towels otherwise we change all bed linen and towels on a weekly basis. We regret we do not provide bedding for the cot or beach towels. Fuel and electricity is also included. |
